Acordo
Ao jogar a «Intuição» — no site intuition.thecosmicapp.com/sintonia ou na app para iPhone e Android — aceitas estes termos. Na app para iPhone, estes termos completam o Contrato de Licença de Utilizador Final padrão da Apple (Licensed Application EULA) — não o substituem. O jogo é feito pela TheCosmicApp (Pedro Branco, Portugal). Contacto: lab@thecosmicapp.com.
O que o jogo é — e o que não é
A Intuição é um jogo de intuição e atenção para todas as idades (a partir dos 4 anos). É uma brincadeira para jogar a dois ou em grupo, ou para treinar sozinho. Não faz promessas paranormais nem de saúde: os resultados são um jogo, não uma medida de capacidades, nem conselho médico ou psicológico.
Conta
Podes jogar sem conta, só com uma alcunha. A conta (Google ou Apple) é opcional e é a mesma para as apps da TheCosmicApp. O que guardamos e como apagar está na Privacidade.
Uso aceitável
- Não assedies, ameaces nem incomodes outros jogadores, nem com convites repetidos.
- Não uses alcunhas ou nomes ofensivos, que se façam passar por outra pessoa, ou que sejam ilegais.
- Não tentes estragar o jogo, os servidores ou as salas dos outros.
Se isto não for respeitado, podemos apagar nomes, salas ou convites e impedir o acesso.
Conteúdo
As músicas do leitor são de Pedro Branco © (todos os direitos reservados) — podes ouvi-las no jogo, mas não copiá-las nem redistribuí-las. As imagens dos heróis foram criadas pelo autor. Os botões Apple Music, Spotify e YouTube levam a esses serviços, com as regras deles.
Preço
Neste momento o jogo é todo grátis («modo experimental») e não há compras dentro da app. Se um dia houver pagamento, será explicado antes e, na app para iPhone, cobrado e gerido pela Apple.
Disponibilidade e garantias
O jogo é fornecido «tal como está». Pode mudar, ter falhas, ficar indisponível ou acabar. Na medida permitida por lei, não respondemos por danos indirectos resultantes do seu uso. Nada aqui limita os direitos que a lei de defesa do consumidor te dá.
Lei aplicável
Estes termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa.

In short: Intuição is a game of intuition and attention, to play with people you care about. It is free, it promises no powers or cures, and we ask only one thing: be kind to the other players.
Agreement
By playing “Intuição” — on the website intuition.thecosmicapp.com/sintonia or in the app for iPhone and Android — you accept these terms. In the iPhone app, these terms supplement Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement — they do not replace it. The game is made by TheCosmicApp (Pedro Branco, Portugal). What the game is — and is not
Intuição is a game of intuition and attention for all ages (4 and up). It is a playful thing to do in pairs or in a group, or to practise on your own. It makes no paranormal or health claims: the results are a game, not a measure of abilities, nor medical or psychological advice.
Account
You can play without an account, with just a nickname. The account (Google or Apple) is optional and is the same across TheCosmicApp apps. What we keep and how to delete it is in the Privacy page.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten or bother other players, including with repeated invitations.
- Do not use nicknames or names that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or are unlawful.
- Do not try to break the game, the servers or other people’s rooms.
If this is not respected, we may remove names, rooms or invitations and block access.
Content
The songs in the player are by Pedro Branco © (all rights reserved) — you may listen to them in the game, but not copy or redistribute them. The hero images were created by the author. The Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube buttons take you to those services, under their rules.
Price
Right now the game is entirely free (“experimental mode”) and there are no in-app purchases. If payment ever exists, it will be explained beforehand and, in the iPhone app, charged and managed by Apple.
Availability and warranties
The game is provided “as is”. It may change, have faults, become unavailable or end. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
